After the Careers Team review your application, we will contact you for a phone interview.

STEP 03

PHONE INTERVIEW

Our Careers Team will conduct a phone interview.

STEP 04

PHONE INTERVIEW ASSESSMENT

After the initial phone interview, your qualifications will be reviewed. You will receive an email with the result of your interview.

STEP 05

TRAINING

Once you pass the phone interview, you will receive an email with a 3-day training schedule.

STEP 06

vp Talent assessment

Once you complete and pass the training we will send a VP Talent Assessment email including the system requirements.

STEP 07

BRIEFING, ORIENTATION, AND CLIENT INTERVIEW

Once VP Talent Assessment and System Requirements are submitted, your work experiences and abilities will be matched with our client search. Then you will be lined up for a client interview.

STEP 08

ONBOARDING PROCESS AND CLIENT HANDOVER

Clients will choose their  VP based on client interview results. Onboarding will be scheduled one day before we hand over the VP to the client.

    Once you've made the decision to apply through our website, the procedure begins. There are job vacancies that you can select from: Appointment Setter, General Administration, Bookkeeping & Accounting, Marketing.   • What is your screening process?

    All applications received through our website will be reviewed and screened. This process will takes 1 to 2 business days to screen the application. Once passed on the preliminary screening, an initial interview invite will be sent via email by our Recruitment Specialist, then followed by Online exam and system check. Lastly, the Final Interview from our Recruitment Manager.
